API access will be provided to only ONE email address, and it is recommended to use a shared email distribution list in case multiple users need access to API keys. Alternatively, API keys can be shared internally as required. This email address will be present in the contract with Platts, and will receive a Welcome email along with the API keys once the access request has been fulfilled.
