1. Open a Microsoft Excel window/session.

2. Click the Platts ribbon, then click Sign in.

3. Click on the Forgot password?

4. Enter your email address and a password reset link will be sent to your email.

 

Note: If the password reset link has not arrived in your inbox within 10 minutes:

  • Check that your email address entered is correct; 
  • Check your Spam/Junk email folder/s for the password reset link.
